1359 W South Loop Ste D
Stephenville, Tx 76401
Lani Rust grew up in the small town of McGregor, Tx just outside of Waco. Her family farmed and raised cattle on their family farm just outside of town. Lani developed a love for horses at a young age and began competing in horse shows, barrel races and rodeos. She continued rodeoing through high school and college. Lani graduated from Texas A&M University in 2001 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Agribusiness. While at A&M she was actively involved in the Texas Aggie Rodeo Club which helped organize the annual All-Aggie Rodeo, as well as the college rodeo it hosted each year.
After graduating from Texas A&M, Lani moved to Stephenville, Texas with her husband and his family, which are heavily involved in the cutting horse industry.
Being involved in rodeo and the agricultural community helped instill a strong work ethic and moral code which helps Lani succeed in helping her clients with their real estate needs. To Lani, a great day at the office includes getting to spend time with clients and drive across a beautiful piece of land.
Lani still enjoys running barrels or showing cutting horses. Her other interests include playing basketball, snow skiing and watching her kids play sports. Chandra Stout
I grew up around farming, horses and agribusiness. Becoming involved in real estate was a way to continue learning, to serve and to help people in looking to grow their businesses, buy a home or a legacy property.
Licensed in 2008, I became fluent in foreclosure properties, short sales and investments.
In 2015, I obtained my Texas Real Estate Broker license, and in 2018 I began as the managing broker and Team Leader for Keller Williams Brazos West, serving North and Central Texas.
I believe your business and your life only grow to the extent that you do.
My husband, Adam, daughter Addison, and I reside in Erath County. We have a modest cow calf operation where we produce commercial and registered Black Angus cattle. We diversify with a few other endeavors and are continuing to see what else we can stir up, believing we are only limited by how BIG you can think and how much you dare to get into.
My family has a love of the land, and a respect for the history of those who tended it before us.
Currently I am serving on the Stephenville Association of Realtors as a Board Director and the TR Professional Standards Committee.
I am looking forward to serving as a part of the Texas RLI Chapter Board, most importantly hearing from our members, meeting you, and collaborating around how we can continue to be a valuable resource and business partner with you. It is going to be a powerful year!
