Meet the 2021 RLI Texas Chapter Board

Norma Carleton, ALC

Norma Carleton, ALC

President

As a Native Texan it only made sense that I would relocate from the City to the Country eventually! I moved to a little 50 acre farm in Walburg, Texas in 1992 which was my very first introduction to "LAND" & the best move I’ve ever made! I obtained my Real Estate License in the Great State of Texas in 2003 and naturally my first listings fell under the Farm & Ranch Division. Prior to my Real Estate Career, I spent 12 years working in Procurement for the Manufacturing industry in the Telecommunications & Medical Device Field in the Austin, Texas area. In between those to careers I was Blessed with the opportunity to be a "Stay At Home Mom" by far the hardest, yet Most Treasured Job I will ever have!
My home place "Carleton Farms" is where I have spend the last 26 years Building My Faith, My Family, & My Real Estate Business. I obtained my ABR = Accredited Buyer Agent designation 2003. I joined RLI in 2008 and have served on the National Education Board for several years, appointed the Chair Position 2016. I have served on the RLI Texas Chapter Board of Directors 2014 -2018. Awarded the ALC designation 2016. I am a Member of TWA = Texas Wildlife Association and serve on their Woman of the Land Committee. I am a Member of the National Association of Realtors, Texas Association of Realtors, & The Williamson County Board of Realtors. I have been awarded The 5-Star Real Estate Agent 2012*2013*2014*2015*2016*2018 by Texas Monthly Magazine based on "Excellence in Customer Service" representing Buyers! I’m currently licensed under Keller Williams Realty - Georgetown. I look forward to working with you soon.
