Bio in Brief:
*I\'m an Accredited Land Consultant through RLI, with licensure in Colorado, Texas, Oklahoma & Montana. I specialize in Horse Properties, Farm & Ranch Real Estate, with an international clientele driven by referrals, recommendations, and over 20,000 followers on Facebook and Instagram.
*In Colorado I\'m with C3 Farm & Ranch. In Texas & Oklahoma I have the Homes And Horse Properties Group at All Cities USA & ACR Land, and in Montana my license is with Broker / Rancher Tammy Ward.
*I was raised on an irrigated farm in Teton County, Montana, where I pulled canvas dams in dirt irrigation ditches, operated wheel lines on hay & grain crops, and spent as much time as possible on horses at cattle drives, rodeos & horse shows.
*I lettered in track and studied engineering at North Idaho College, and then at Montana State University in Bozeman.
*After college I trained horses on ranches in Montana before moving to Texas & Oklahoma in the early 1980\'s where I\'ve been a NCHA cutting horse trainer, clinician & judge, with earnings in NCHA cutting, NRCHA cow horse, & USTRC team roping.
*As a rancher in Texas beginning in the late 1990’s, I owned / operated a closed 450 head corriente cow/calf operation for nearly 20 years, selling breeding stock and roping cattle. We custom grazed 400 yearlings each spring on no-till wheat, oats & ryegrass, and we brokered hay to supplement income.
*With the development of horizontal drilling and fracking, I became a founder/owner of an oil & gas consulting company in the early 2000\'s, working with mineral owners & attorneys as we negotiated leases, easements, purchase/sale agreements, & 1031 exchanges. I served clients as a litigation consultant and I spoke at town hall style meetings with mineral & property owners on the value of agency and the nuances of lease negotiations.
*Based primarily in Texas and Colorado, My wife Lisa & I travel in our living quarters trailer with our cutting horse \"Harley\" and our two little dogs, while we network with “horse people”, farmers, ranchers, & land owners.
