Chapter Sponsorship Opportunities
The Texas Chapter of the REALTORS® Land Institute (RLI) would like to offer you the opportunity to become a sponsor of our Chapter events held throughout the year. RLI is the oldest affiliate of the National Association of REALTORS® and consists of real estate brokers who specialize in farm, ranch, and development land. This is your opportunity to present your product or service to the top land brokers in the State of Texas.
The Texas Chapter meets at various times during the year for Marketing, Networking, and Education sessions. You will be given recognition at the RLI reception on a banner at the Annual Outlook for Texas Land Markets conference that is presented each year in San Antonio, Texas by the Real Estate Center. The Chapter also holds other events that are also available for sponsorship opportunities including Accredited Land Consultant (ALC) continuing education classes, general real estate educational classes, and memberships retreats. You will have recognition on the Texas Chapter’s website and Facebook page.
The levels of sponsorship are as follows:
PLATINUM SPONSOR – $10,000 (only one available)
Sponsor receives:
- Company recognition at all courses, meetings and events.
- Opportunity to display and distribute information at all events.
- Top tier placement of logo on chapter website and Facebook page.
- Opportunity to address students at all courses.
- Discount for all sponsor’s staff to Texas RLI courses.
GOLD SPONSOR – $5,000
Sponsor receives:
- Company recognition at all courses, meetings and events.
- Opportunity to display and distribute information at all events.
- Top tier placement of logo on chapter website and Facebook page.
- Opportunity to address students at all courses.
SILVER – $2,500
Sponsor receives:
- Company recognition at all courses, meetings and events.
- Opportunity to display and distribute information at all events.
- Top tier placement of logo on chapter website and Facebook page.
RLI CLASSROOM COURSE SPONSOR – $1,500
You may want to sponsor a particular course in your area rather than be a general sponsor. An individual course sponsor is welcome to distribute material and address the students at the class. Additionally, you will receive credit for providing breakfast, lunch and coffee breaks.
EVENT SPONSOR
You may wish to sponsor a particular event such as conference, property exchanges, seminars, receptions, social events, etc.
All potential sponsors are subject to approval of the Texas Chapter Board of Directors.
Sponsors are responsible for the development and display of all marketing materials, handouts, audio/visual needs, presentations, and signage.
Donations of items to the Texas Chapter for raffles or drawings at RLI meetings, events, and marketing sessions are very much appreciated. Revenue from the sale of such Item(s) are not included in the total of your sponsorship.
